Kosah Foundation Highlights

Canarsie Day, which has been proclaimed as an official day by the former Brooklyn Borough President and now Mayor of New York City, Eric A. Adams, provides an opportunity for the community to celebrate our youths while also encouraging revitalization and unity. This exciting event is held every summer and features basketball tournaments, among volunteer players from the community ranging from ages 12-30+., local flavorful cuisine from  our community's restaurants, performances from various industry artists and tons or prizes and giveaways for attendees, courtesy of our generous sponsors and partners.

Thanksgiving Feast, every year we partner with a local restaurant in Brooklyn to provide underserved communities and families with a shelter and a home-cooked meal on Thanksgiving Day.
